No. OONOO Agreement Templates are designed to be completed without legal expertise. Each template guides you through the required fields. How long does the recipient have to sign and access the file?

The sender configures the access duration when creating the agreement: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 2 weeks, or 1 month. The link and any attached file are permanently deleted from OONOO's EU servers after the period expires.

Is OONOO Agreement Templates GDPR compliant?

Yes. OONOO stores all files and agreement data on EU servers. Data is automatically and permanently deleted after the chosen retention period. Files and agreements are never sold or shared with third parties.

What is the optional ID verification add-on?

For €5.00 extra, OONOO can verify the recipient's government-issued ID using Stripe Identity before they access the agreement. The system performs a name-match against the agreement fields and generates a downloadable audit receipt for the sender.

If the file isn't accessed before the expiry time (24/48/72 hours, 2 weeks, or 1 month), it's permanently deleted. For maximum control, you can always resend it as a view-only file with updated access. No storage, no tracking… just secure file delivery with expiry.

Will OONOO keep a copy of my agreement after I send it?

No. So please download your agreement and files in time. OONOO does not save a backup.
